After 30 years in the education profession — as a teacher, coach, and mentor to hundreds of student-athletes —Krebs recently retired from the classroom to become Vice President of Strategic Accounts for the AEA Institute and The Mental Edge Academy, a mental fitness training system that helps athletes and corporate teams build the same focus, resilience, and competitive edge he coached into a state-runner-up program.

Drawing on three decades of experience as an educator, coach, and mentor, Krebs will share powerful lessons on mental toughness, resilience, leadership, and teamwork. Through personal stories, including his journey of overcoming profound hearing loss and the life-changing impact of cochlear implant surgery, Krebs will demonstrate how adversity can become a source of strength.
